Shipping policy

Article 1 - Shipping

WILDOA offers various shipping methods depending on the destination country.

For each country, a free "basic" option and a paid "express" option are available at respective prices of €0.00 and €6.95.

If, for any reason, no shipping method is available for a particular country, the delivery of our products is not possible in that country.

The shipping time is 24 to 48 hours for Europe, and the total delivery time (shipping + transit) is approximately 5 to 11 days. Additional delays may occur for deliveries outside Europe or due to potential customs procedures.


Article 2 - Failed Delivery

Our products can only be delivered to the customer’s home address, provided the address is correctly indicated, and the name on the order matches the name on the mailbox/intercom. Additionally, the residence must have an accessible mailbox large enough to accommodate a package measuring 30x20x10 cm.

Delivery to pick-up points or P.O. boxes is considered impossible.

Failure to adhere to these rules will make the customer solely responsible for any loss or delivery issues, along with the external private delivery service.

WILDOA cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details provided during the order process.


Article 3 - Returns

To return a product, please contact customer service at contact@wildoa.com to obtain the necessary documents and return address.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
