Returns & refunds policy

Article 1 - Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email, invoice, or delivery label.

Please do not return your purchase before contacting us at contact@wildoa.com to initiate the return procedure.


Article 2 - Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept refund requests that comply with this return policy. Possible options include exchanging the returned product, issuing a refund for the returned item(s), or providing store credit in the form of a discount code usable on our online store, wildoa.com.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.


Article 3 - Cancellations (if applicable)

It is not possible to cancel an ongoing order or refund an item that is in transit. If you wish to cancel your order or request a return, you must have received the item, or your order must be deemed significantly delayed (30 days past the order date).


Article 4 - Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items can be exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.


Article 5 - Damaged Items (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@wildoa.com.


Article 6 - Failed Delivery

Our products can only be delivered to the customer’s home address, which must be correctly provided at the time of purchase. The name indicated during the order must match the name on the mailbox/intercom. Additionally, the residence must have an accessible and sufficiently large mailbox to accommodate a package measuring 30x20x10 cm.

Delivery to pick-up points or P.O. boxes is considered impossible.

Failure to adhere to these rules will make the customer solely responsible for any loss or delivery issues, along with the external private delivery service.

WILDOA cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details provided during the order process.


Article 7 - Shipping

To return a product, please contact our customer service at contact@wildoa.com to obtain the necessary documents and return address.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
